Hello…
Hi, I’m Madison. I am a Nashville-based creator with a deep love for the old world and the stories we tell within it.
My background is in photography and visual storytelling. With a BFA from Ringling College and a background in digital strategy, I’ve spent the last decade building visual worlds for others—most recently for the Bavarian Bierhaus, Bierhaus Travels, and Nashville Edelweiss Gemeinschaft. I use my eye for light and my understanding of how a brand lives online to make sure every story I tell feels authentic and immersive.
But the work that truly calls to me happens at my sewing machine.
Mischief Merchant is my heart. It’s where I get to be a maker in the purest sense. I am a fully self-taught artisan, and I spend my nights lost in historical costuming. My goal is simple: to create beautiful, handmade goods inspired by history and fantasy. Whether I’m stitching a leather pouch or creating a 16th century gown, I am chasing that "old-world" feeling—the weight of something made by hand, designed to last and to tell a story of its own.
As a one woman show, I love every part of the process, from the first sketch to the final photo. Whether you’re here to collaborate on a creative project or to find a piece of handmade mischief to call your own, I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my corner of the world.
